Boy London delivers parcels nationwide via FedEx, UPS and USPS. All orders are shipped from Los Angeles. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.
Please make sure to check the address entered is correct before confirming your order. Once the order has been placed, it can no longer be modified or canceled.
Boy London cannot be accountable for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Boy London.
Orders cannot ship to PO Boxes.
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours during working days after the order has been accepted.
Orders placed from Friday to Sunday or on Holiday will be processed the following business day.
Standard shipping: Delivery in 5-8 working days after the order is processed
Express shipping: Delivery in 2-4 working days after the order is processed
If for any reason customer refuses the delivery parcel, shipping costs related to the automatic return will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.
For any reason, customers can return the order within 14 days from the receipt of the merchandise.
Items must be returned in the same original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with their original tags, and free of any fragrances.
If items do not fit these requirements, they will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to determine if the return merchandise is in the right condition.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To start your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from the receipt of the merchandise. If your return request is accepted you will be prompted to print a FedEx or UPS label.
All discounted or sale items are Final Sale. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Your exchange will be processed and your new item will be shipped once the original order has been received by our warehouse and approved by our quality control team.
Exchanges are subject to product availability at our warehouse.
The refund procedure will take 5-10 days from the arrival of the items at the warehouse. You will receive an email notification once we have issued your refund. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
We refund the value of the returned product(s), sales tax included, and less any original shipping costs.
