This Privacy Policy describes how Boy London, its related companies, affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively “Boy London”) collect, use and share customer personal information on this Boy London website (the “Site”), as well as other Boy London websites and mobile apps that post this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Platform”). Your use of the Platform indicates you agree to our collection, use and disclosure of your information by this Privacy Policy.

We collect contact information, including without limitation, your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, username, password, demographic information, and other information when you directly give us such information through the Platform when making a purchase, creating an Account or otherwise using the Platform.

We (and our third-party payment processor) collect(s) payment information when you purchase through the Platform, including without limitation, your credit card or debit card number, billing address, name, security code, and expiration date.

We collect the information you submit online, including without limitation, the information you post when you interact with us on social media platforms.

For example, when you use the Platform, we collect information about the device you are using to access the Platform, browser type, browser language, websites you visit before and after accessing the Site If you are using our apps, we may also collect your device identification number or the advertising ID,  and information such as how often you use the app and where you downloaded it.

This includes without limitation browsing activity, how you interact with our websites and mobile apps, the products that you buy and search terms entered, how long you spent on a page, access times and other information about your use of and actions on the Platform.

  • When you navigate through our website (not currently applicable to our mobile application), we "sell" as that term is defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act consumer's personal information to our business partners, meaning identifiers (including Advertising ID and hashed email), information about transactions of goods and services, purchase amounts and browsing events.




Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to (i) know whether we sell their personal information and opt out of a sale if we do; (ii) request access to their personal information, get a copy and request deletion of their personal information; and (iii) request information about the personal information that we have collected, used, sold, or disclosed to third parties within the past 12 months.
